Founder and President

After spending time in the South Florida real estate market, Erica realized there existed a major untapped opportunity in the second home vacation sector. Many of her clients were out of state investors who were looking for a full suite solution of services to help them manage and optimize their Florida investment properties. So Erica started Homemade Investment to provide these services to her existing clients, as well as others interested in the opportunity.
